The K2 Meter Primarily the device's design had been intended for analyzing EMF [electro magnetic force] fields surrounding cellular phones, and other potential harmful man-made sources of EMF emissions around home or work environments. The K2 meter has some really great features such as built in 5 LED [light emitting diode] array scale read out, durable case to withstand harsh treatment and rain.   The manufacturers claims the meter utilizes extreme economical use of one installed 9 volt battery, has proven accuracy, and comes with instructions for use.   At an affordable cost of less than $ 50.00 makes it a real bargain for the beginning or seasoned paranormal investigator.  The LED readout is a refreshing change to the common problem of squinting under a dim flashlight to read an analog scale, or a non illuminated digital display meter. Downside, the meter only has the 5 LED indicators for EMF readings, as to the accuracy of analog scale or precise digital weighing of a reading taken.  Would hamper an investigators ability to note a total milligaus reading to be logged for scientific use.  Plus, the momentary switch would need to be wedged in order for continuous operation, in turn runs the battery life down. Now for the review on this unique device: It may be useful for instantly finding problems sensing EMF [electro magnetic force] emissions from sources.  However, as for the simplicity of operation of the K2, it had been engineered with a momentary push switch. In order for one to use it without continuously applying pressure upon the switch, it must be wedged closed by sliding a coin in between the switch and case, and which many paranormal investigators do. Leading to a shorter battery life, so be sure to keep an extra battery handy. Another important point to make here is, since the "Ghost Hunters" Episode aired featuring Grant and Jason after wedging the switch closed with a coin. Had laid it down, and began asking questions encouragingly in order to receive a response from the K2's 5 LED [light emitting diode] array. Ideally suggesting the unit would respond by an entity lighting up either one LED, or all in a response to a question being asked. As being the case, the operator being the viewer, would see a change indicating a response of either "yes" or "no".  Now indeed for the skeptic, this would however seem so far bizarre, and could only be defined as a coincidence. I would tend to agree, and so it began. Every paranormal investigator wish list would have to begin with purchasing a K2 meter. To ad to an already gadget filled ghost hunting arsenal tool kit. Seemingly overnight, the K2 meter would make history as one of the most popular EMF meter ever sold, and still is today. However, many who would gladly argue the notion on the simple basis, that the device truly works, and will, and indeed communicates with the other side. In the darkest dark side of night, where all paranormal investigators venture in hand a most remarkable device to detect entities presence's. So, what would you believe? The claims, or buy one and find out if indeed they are true?  As a paranormal investigator, I would ad one of these meters to my arsenal simply because of the convenience of operation, and simplicity of use, and yet would continue to depend on a more common means of detection EMF emissions present, and here is simply why? Giving the reason that very few really understand the basic functions as to why these meters and similar function. As an Engineer, understanding the basic principles of how a device of this nature may be constructed, functions, detects, and the fact is. A sophomore electronics-engineering student could build a similar device with ease. Now you may be thinking, the content here is surely bashing the K2 meter?  No, not really, the device works, it is up to the individual who uses the unit to decide rather or not communication with another dimension can be verified by its use. On the other hand, I am simply reporting the factual simplicities of a device designed to detect one natural anomaly, EMF emissions. Heck, one may even find a more economical method of detecting possible unnatural anomalies by the use of a fluid filled compass. While I have delayed my comments on the K2, the k3 is soon to be available, and probably is currently being sold or to be soon. However, on the other hand if you are completely satisfied with a decision to purchasing the K2 meter.
